Michael Charelian has been working on all kinds of homes for over 20 years.
Michael specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels, from minor to major
renovations, with tile work a specialty. He works with you to create
a space and environment you will love. From his early days in construction
building homes from the ground up, he is familiar with all facets of
remodeling and repair - from demolition to reconstruction, plumbing and
electrical aspects, custom cabinetry and counters, carpentry, wainscoting,
crown molding, and room accessorizing, closet makeovers and expansion.
Older and historic properties need love as well, and Michael has lent his touch to bringing new life to several local vintage homes. Utilizing his carpentry background, Michael can restore or recreate delicate, damaged, or aged interior or exterior pieces of your historic home, as he did with the original upper balcony of the former home of local artist Bruce Johnson "right here on Main Street in Annville." Because he is his own boss, Michael can deal with you directly providing quality customization, flexibility, accountability, and reliability. Because he does all of the work himself there are no middlemen or crew involved. Since relocating to the central Pennsylvania area from southern California in 2007, Michael has developed a base of satisfied clientele and return customers ranging from south Lebanon to Spring Hill Acres, Mt.
